Find A Provider

Choose a doctor from our "Find a Provider" page. SilverSummit Healthplan provides complete healthcare benefits, from choosing a trusted doctor to accessing pharmacy services, preventive care, and more. We take pride in our extensive network of healthcare providers. If you don't see your provider on the list, please call us at 1-844-366-2880  (TTY/TDD: 1-844-804-6086 Relay 711). We always update our provider network to ensure our Members have access to the best healthcare options available. To locate a provider in your area, click the "Find a Provider" button.

Options For Care

Don't rush to the Emergency Room for every sniffle or scrape! If you have a minor issue like a fever, flu, or small injury, there are other places to get help quickly. Can't get an appointment with your usual doctor? Don't worry. Get seen quickly without the long waits of the ER and let the Emergency Room focus on serious conditions. Take care of yourself and others by choosing the right care for your needs.

The SilverSummit app is free for Members with a smartphone. It helps you take care of your health and gives you easy access to your plan anytime, anywhere.

You get mental health support when you need it. SilverSummit offers same-day mental health appointments. As a Member, you are guaranteed to get help when you need it.

  • Immediate same-day appointment 7 days a week
  • Talk therapy appointments are provided within 72 hours
  • Psychiatric appointments in 24 hours 
  • The Resource Centers is available in Reno and Las Vegas
  • Take a shower or do your laundry

Whether you need a new pair of glasses? A tune-up for your favorite pair?  We've got you covered every year! If you're 21 or older and require contact lenses for health reasons, we can provide up to $100 to assist you.

If you're 21 or older or expecting a child, it's important to consider your dental care. You can visit a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) twice a year for check-ups. During these appointments, a professional will examine your teeth and take X-rays of your mouth.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 right away. For other health-related questions or concerns, the Nurse Advice Line is here to assist you. Our nurses are available 24/7 to provide answers and support. Contact the Nurse Advice Line at 1-844-366-2880  (TTY/TDD: 1-844-804-6086 Relay 711)
