Pathways to Progress: Job Training & Support for Members
Pathways to Progress is a free program that helps SilverSummit Members learn new job skills. Members get job training, career help, and grocery rewards while working toward a better job.
What Participants Get*
- Free job training in healthcare, trades, and IT
- One‑on‑one help from a Career Coach
- Support from a SilverSummit Community Health Worker
- Grocery incentives for reaching program goals
- Help with transportation for some trainings (based on where you live)
- A $100 reward for finishing the program
Who Can Join
- SilverSummit Members ages 16 and older
- Non‑members can join training, but only SilverSummit Members can earn incentives

- Incentives available through December 31, 2026
- Sign‑up ends October 1, 2026

Nevada Women’s Fund Scholarship Program: For SilverSummit Women in Northern Nevada
SilverSummit Healthplan supports the Nevada Women’s Fund to help provide scholarships for female SilverSummit Members living in northern Nevada. These scholarships can help pay for school and job training.
How This Helps Members*
- Helps pay for college, classes, or job training
- Supports women working toward careers in healthcare, business, science, and education
- Helps build skills needed for better job opportunities
Why This Matters
Education and job training can lead to better jobs and steady income. This program helps women build a stronger future for themselves and their families.
Who Can Apply
SilverSummit Members living in northern Nevada may be eligible to apply for scholarships through the Nevada Women’s Fund.
