Need Help During a Tough Time?

If you are in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital right away.

If you or someone you care about needs someone to talk to, please reach out to the crisis lifeline at 988 or the suicide helpline at 800-273-8255.

You can call if:

  • You're hurting yourself.
  • You're thinking about hurting yourself or others.
  • You're worried about your thoughts or actions.

The Helplines are staffed all day, every day, with trained professionals ready to take your call.

SilverSummit also provides non-emergency mental health services.

  • No referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is needed to get help.
  • You don’t have to wait for an emergency to get help. Call us at 1-844-366-2880 (TTY/TDD: 1-844-804-6086, Relay 711) for questions or to make an appointment.

Members Empowered to Succeed (METS)

The METS program is a special kind of case management support to help Members who needmore help with behavioral health support.

To help support your treatment plan, we work with you and your doctor to find services that meet your mental health, social, and medical needs. If you have more than one doctor or provider, we help make sure they all work together and share information, so your care is connected.

Our METS team focuses on what you need and helps build a recovery plan that’s made just for you.
