Ambetter from SilverSummit Healthplan
Ambetter from SilverSummit Healthplan offers affordable healthcare coverage for individuals and families through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Depending on your family size and income, you may qualify for a healthcare subsidy that would lower your monthly premium.
Allwell from SilverSummit Healthplan
People age 65 and older, under 65 with certain disabilities, and any age with End-Stage Renal Disease – ESRD (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant) may be eligible for coverage through Allwell from Sunshine Health’s HMO and HMO SNP plans.
Nevada Medicaid
Nevada Medicaid offers health insurance for people with low income. Individuals may be able to receive low or no-cost coverage through Nevada Medicaid. This coverage includes medical and dental office visits, prescriptions, eye exams, glasses and much more.
Children under the age of 18 that do not qualify for Medicaid may be eligible to recieve similar benefits through the Nevada Check Up Program.
Marketplace Enrollment
The Health Insurance Marketplace is an online space that allows you to shop different Healthcare Plans. Each state government offers its own Marketplace featuring only Government approved health plans under the Afforable Care Act/ Obamacare.
Medicaid Enrollment
If you have not already enrolled in Medicaid you will need to check eligibility and enroll through the state government prior to enrolling with SilverSummit.
Medicaid eligibility depends on your income. Low income familes, children, pregnant women, disabled, and people above the age of 65 may be eligibile for Medicaid.
