How to earn dollar rewards
As a member, you’re automatically enrolled in SilverSummit’s My Health Pays™ rewards program, so you earn dollar rewards for many doctor appointments and other healthy activities. Your My Health Pays Rewards Gift Card will be mailed to you when you earn your first reward from SilverSummit Healthplan. Then, each time you complete another healthy activity on the list below, reward dollars will be added to your existing card within 90 days. So be sure to hold on to your card!

How to spend your dollar rewards
Once you have your My Health Pays Rewards Gift Card, you can check your balance by visiting
the Member Portal. Use rewards to make purchases at Walmart, like:
